Re: Linda Ronstadt, "The Sound of My Voice"

I loved this special, always loved Linda's voice.  I have a vivid memory of standing on a ladder painting a celling while listening to Different Drum when it came out.

Totally aside, I was just now wanting to put the song "Love Hurts" in my music library, but Nazareth's hit or Rod Stewart's?, both wonderful.  I also listened to Emmylou Harris with Gram Parsons sing it so if you love her and prefer the country style put to this lovely song, you might take a listen.  I prefer either of the first two, myself.  Just thought I'd mention it here since Harris was being discussed.
