Taylor Swift has dropped her 12th album called Life of a Showgirl.

I am not a fan of hers, though seeing her in concert IS on my bucket list.

Iam not buying, but look forward to hearing some of her new songs.

I hear this album has the record for the most number of pre-sales in record history.

Anybody buying or look forward to listening?

No interest whatsoever. Not a fan. Amazing she has put a new album out already - seems like she just finished touring. A new tour will probably be next. She's very talented and apparently very hard working. I just think she's super over-exposed and I'm sick of hearing about her.

On TikTok fans are mixed. They say it's the same old songs which is not bad, just that they were expecting different with the title. Feels like a money grab some have said but one song Romantic is a hit sort of. I don't care either way. If people enjoy it great if not other music out there.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I think all her songs sound the same, but some really do have catchy tunes. I like that she writes them all.

Maybe this is part of her exit from FT music-making as she slides into a life of domestic bliss?

It will be interesting to see how the parents of many of her pre-teen and teenage fans react to some of the more adult content of at least one of the songs.

I've listened to most of it already.

Absolutely her best work yet, overall, in my view. This young woman is incredibly talented and hard working (she did this during her international tour.) She's a marketing and promotion genius. More power to her!

Of course it's already extremely successful and has garnered some great critical reviews.
