I can buy the fact that BC might enjoy “helping her” in her career. Maybe that would account for the hand-holding. After all, he might like to gain credit as a mentor to actresses/actors?

At the awards, I did sense that BC is protective of GAGA.

Gaga? The opposite, from all who talk. A kind, generous, rooted woman.

Educated at an all-girl Catholic school. Then studied performing arts. Solid family, and she said Sunday night sister Natali is her soulmate.

Worked her way up. Worked her butt off performing in clubs. Hit it big and used her influence for good.

Seems like ages ago when she always went around in disguise so she could walk freely in her home in Manhattan, see her family, friends, schoolmates. The biggest singer in the country at that time and no one knew what she looked like. Genius. Sia copied her and had the same ability to walk among people without anyone knowing who she was.

Loves to cook. Loves her family. She's friends with Tony Bennett, who adores her and I remember in a Christmas special they showed him having dinner with her family..

And acting. Could always sing. Has always been generous to charities but not in an ostentatious way. Has been known to bring sick or disabled children up on stage, at least in the old days before Vegas.

Unless you're her therapist I don't think you're right about her.

@LoriLori Couldn't agree more with your post. "Messed up" in the head? "Major head case"? The cruel words used around here about mental health issues, whether real or just speculated, are just unbelievable. They're health issues just like all the health issues talked about on these forums.

Lady Gaga was sexually assaulted at the age of 19. That causes mental health issues. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. She also suffers from fibromyalgia and borderline lupus.

Yes, @Greeneyedlady21 , and I also remember hearing she has back problems from her days of vigorous dancing in McQueen's hooves and other unhealthy shoes. Prince, Michael Jackson, all the great dancers had/have back problems. Its sad. I did not know about her assault and the problems that ensued; I am very sorry to hear it and very possibly that could impact her if she truly has commitment issues.

The reason for all the buzz about the two is (I’m thinking) the little girls that follow GAGA. They are tweeting all over about how much they want the pair to be “in love.”

I have to say that my favorite thing about GAGA is her costuming and artful appearances!

As much as I love her for that, I have to agree w/DH... “they are all crazy.” 😜 (artists/actors) Remember Tom Cruise jumping up and down on the sofa in “The Ellen Show?”
