@Oznell I have these on DVD, VHS tape degraded, so bought the DVDs, also have Portrait in Black, Imitation of Life, love this movie, and probably others that I can't remember. I havn't heard of the first movie you mentioned, but am interested, but won't be able to see it.

Another cheesey delight is "Latin Lovers" with Ricardo Montalban.

Anything she is in is worth watching (to me) no matter how bad the review.

She's a favorite of mine.

We lost TCM on Comcast last Dec, unless you want to pay an exta $10 per month, no thanks. Love TCM, but they rerun the same movies over and over and over.

I started watching Peyton Place and got pulled in. I don't know why but I loved that movie. I kept remembering the mini-series with Ryan O'Neil. Who was Rodney in the movie? Looked like a male model. The town makes you love it-beautiful homes, parades and celebrations. So well done.

I loved her hair in a Frech twist. I remember those. I'll bet when I first saw this movie I thought it was a corny melodrama. I have completely changed my opinion, lol. I'm becoming a softie I think. Anyway, good movie.
