They must not be selling, they have been in Arizona about a year. His whole reason for moving was to get the equity in the houses. Actually Robyn's son Dayton was going to college in Arizona and she wanted to be near him.

The house looks empty. It looks like Meri's house. Kody is or was supposed to make a live appearance there too. Wonder if anyone came to see him lol.

my take on this is, he's desperate to sell.  i would predict that there will be a gazillion lookie-loos, and no real buyers.
