She looks beautiful and class always wins over flash I think, but I do not like the dress.  Maybe I fould feel differently in person, but the skirt pattern and design just makes me think "ice cream cone".  I don't like the pattern or the tiers in the skirt, or even the shape.  

I DO think the top of the dress is pretty.
