Does she have osteoporosis that she broke her pelvis in 2 places by falling on the floor? A friend's husband broke his pelvis, back & leg about 25 years ago after falling about 25' off a ladder while limbing a fir tree in their backyard in WA. It was a very long recovery.
I don't know about her but I have osteoporosis and my endocrinologist tells me if I were to fall I would likely sustain bilateral fractures which might end my life. So, I try not to fall but often I forget it.

You don't know that............wish her continued health and happiness.
Actually, it's true. I read it. And she admits she was naughty and didn't obey her instructions.
How's she doing lately, any news?

No, I care for my husband and I am completely ambulatory except at times I am in a lot of pain. This past weekend I was totally immobile. I had to be flat on my back for 48 hours. I try to know when to go to bed. Please be careful. We need to stay upright and alive as long as possible. The more exercise we get, the better our bones are. They improve with normal exercise, like walking and carrying two filled gallon jugs in each hand around the house for 10-15 minutes each day. Sedentery will cause the osteoporosis to worsen. But someday we may be wheelchair-bound as was my grandmother who stayed active until she could no longer walk. It saddens me to think how hard she tried but time was against her. Please stay active BUT CAREFUL.
