On Thursday, October23rd.  She recently turned 100.

As a child of the 50's I remember her on Lassie and then Lost in Space in the 1960's.

May she rest in peace.

wow, remember her well!  Lassie !!   I didn't watch Lost in Space, but it was popular!  Important woman in early television! She turned 100 this past June!!  Born 1925!  .  She began films when she was 5.  Her television credits were too many to list.

Sad to hear the news...

My 1st thought of her is not Lassie or Lost in Space, it is the 1938 - A Christmas Carol with her parents Gene & Kathleen...a wonderful/favorite version.

May she RIP.

@Susan Louise,

I thought I'd watched every version of A Christmas Carol! I'll have to look for that one.

Re: June Lockhart has passed.

Great image from "Meet Me in St. Louis",  @THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes .   Loved her in that, as the girl from "out of town" that Judy and Lucile Bremer at first think they have to trick, but then she turns out to be really nice and not a threat, so they go with the flow....

She also played a doc on Petticoat Junction towards the end of the series. She had a great run.

Sorry to read this.  Another person from my past and childhood passing on.

I enjoyed her in "Lassie".  She was a good mom.
