She will, however, be in a villanous!! role in the new Aquaman movie.

Thanks for explaining, and she has certainly earned the right to do whatever movie she wants. I'm disappointed however. ****** Van ****** has a cameo, and it seems to me Julie could have had one too. None of that would take away from "Emily," and it would make lots of us - including my millenial DD who grew up watching the DVD - enjoy it even more!

I wish she was in it too because I just love her!

But I think it was so gracious of her to say what she did.

I read this article just yesterday about the original Mary Poppins and its history. There are quite a few out there right now from other media outlets. Interesting to say the least.

Why would she be in the new movie???? Unless the storyline called for it, it wouldn't make sense to just throw her into the movie. She's still doing quality work, she doesn't need a pity role.

A couple of years ago I saw Julie at the Hollywood Bowl. It was songs from the Sound of Music. She didn’t sing and told the story of what happened to her voice. I was under the impression she was to sing. Disappointed but it was still a fun night.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.
