Re: Jon Benet Ramsey's dad on COURT TV tonight (Tues.)

Why would it be up to Ramsey to explain why the petitions were denied? That assumes he was given a reason. That's a question for the state angencies to answer.

I don't know the reason why Boulder hasn't analyzed all the evidence. That's a question for them to answer.

To me, those were the points of the interview.

I don't think Vinnie Politan has any trouble filling his time block with content.

The Hill dot com reported in November that the Colorado Cold Case Review Team will take on this case in 2023. If this is true, it should have been mentioned. Maybe it's not true.

I wonder what kind of relationship he has with his son.

With all the media exposure the parents had, they could have INSISTED that State or Federal LE be brought into the case.  With media pressure, how could the local LE explain not wanting to bring in outside help?  She was supposedly kidnapped....the FBI are the specialists in investigating  that crime.

The parents also called every Tom, Richard, and Harriet they knew to come over to their house, thus contaminating the crime scene even tho the supposed ransom note told them NOT to.  And a marked patrol car pulls up front.  I would have called the police, but begged them to be discreet when they arrive because of what the ransom note instructed--that they not call the police.

So botched.  Won't be solved until further scientific developments are available.  JMO.
