Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward Welcome Daughter Monroe Christine

Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward are two proud papas!

The stars of Bravo's Flipping Out welcomed their firstborn daughter Tuesday afternoon. "At 4:22pm today, I grew up," Jeff announced via Instagram. "Welcome Monroe Christine Lewis."

Jeff and Gage, who have been together seven and a half years, announced in May that they had a baby on the way. After multiple attempts at adoption didn't work out, they decided to use a surrogate instead. "We are very excited, but I'm also a little terrified," Jeff told People in the spring. "I'm trying to decide if I'm more terrified or excited," he added, "but I think it's normal."

I wonder what last name she will have? Lewis or Edward? They never mentioned who's the biological  father....either Gage or Jeff?

I posted about this in the October Bravo thread.  On "Flipping Out" it was mentioned Jeff is the biological dad.  Jeff and Gage's daughter has the last name of Lewis.  Her full name is Monroe Christine Lewis.  Here's a pic:

@I like celery  Thanks for the info. I had not seen your post.  I wonder if they will have another child by Gage? I would think that would be nice for them in the future.

@SeaMaiden  If I'm remembering correctly, I think it was mentioned Gage will be the biological father of their next baby.  I also recall they had decided Jeff would be their first baby's bio dad because of Jeff being older, and how there were some concerns about "viability." so they decided Jeff would be the first bio dad.

I doubt that Jeff Lewis will ever "grow up" but I hope so for this child's sake.

It will be interesting to see if they even have another one. I had read about the birth several days ago then Andy said something about it on WWHL also.

I think they want to have another.  I read Jeff was the father this time, since he's older (viability concerns and all), but Gage would be the father next time, if there is a next time.
