Thank you, Montana, for the video of the excellence of Torvill and Dean, they still have it so many years after their gold medal performance.  I remember being so excited watching Torvill and Dean ice dance to Bolero, so beautiful and graceful, superb talent!!

Torvill and Dean were the originals of all the movements which took ice dancing to a higher level and have been done since.  What a thrill in the history of ice dancing at the Olympics seeing Torvill and Dean !

Beautiful!  I LOVE seeing them skate and they both still look great! 

They are my favorite skaters of all time...I got to see them in the late 1980s at one of their ice dancing shows.

Thirty-five years after the gold....just stunning!  This is so life-affirming as well as beautifully skated.

Still superb.  I will never forget watching their gold medal skate to Bolero live in 1984.  I just watched it again on Youtube.  Can't believe that it was 35 years ago.  Bravo to them.  Christopher Dean went on to coach some of the best ice dancing pairs.  He revolutionized ice dancing.

Thank you @ Montana  for posting this. I am a former ice dancer and really enjoyed watching this. I also watched their 1984 performance which brought back so many memories.

@ Montana  Thank you SO MUCH for posting this.  They are great as they've always been and in great shape for their age!!!  I have been watching ice skating since Carol Heiss in the early 60's (pre Peggy Fleming) and T&D are in a class of their own.  Changed the course of ice dancing for sure.
