Here's the ripped-from-the headlines murder trial tale that so many have been awaiting. Lifetime premieres Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret on Saturday, June 22nd from 8-10 PM ET.

This made-for-TV melodrama stars Tania Raymonde of Lost in the title role and Mob Doctor's Jesse Lee Soffer as the ill-fated boyfriend, Travis Alexander. The prosecutor is portrayed by the always outstanding character actor, Tony Plana, (Ugly Betty). Defense attorney Flores is played by David Zayas.

An early review in Entertainment Weekly criticizes the production for "...cheesy writing and an uncharismatic lead performance from..." Soffer.

Following the premiere is a documentary, Beyond The Headlines: Jodi Arias. If it follows the format of similar Lifetime entries that focused on other ripped-from-the headlines dramas, such as Amanda Knox and Natalee Holloway, it'll probably be comprised of previously aired network news footage and interviews.
