JENNIFER ESPOSITO LEAVING NCIS

I was surprised to read that Jennifer Esposito won't be returning for the fall season of NCIS!     I thought she was great casting as an NCIS agent.     Sorry to see her go!

I was surprised to learn that Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper were married ....  for four months!  It was the first marriage for both of them.

Re: JENNIFER ESPOSITO LEAVING NCIS

I have been a fan of Jennifer Esposito for a long time, but I don't think she was the right fit for NCIS.  When they brought her on they also added Nick - and Deliah became more prominent.  The show seemed to have too many characters for any of them to be really used correctly.  I think Jennifer should be more than just an "add-on" character.  I hope she finds another show where her talent can really be showcased. ( I was also wondering if she was a good fit for Los Angeles.  She seems more of a New Yorker to me.)

I didn't know she was married to Brad Cooper either! I always liked her character in Blue Bloods-so good for that role.

I hope she finds something she really loves doing.

I agree too about NCIS-she should be more than just an add-on and somehow didn't seem too invested in a character that could have been anybody, if that makes sense.

She is a good actress. I actually liked watching her character in the summer

fill-in show Mistresses that was on for several years. It was a trashy but fun

show and won't be back this summer. I wish her well and hopes she will get

better parts to portray.

She was so good in Blue Bloods.  She has celiac's disease and told the producers of that show.  They wrote her out instead of working around her schedule.

I've been disappointed in NCIS the last few seasons.  Too much on the personal lives of the characters instead of solving crimes.

@kelsey17

Jennifer made the decision to leave .....  they aren't "letting her go".  Typically, new additions to casts are brought on for one season, and afterwards everyone evaluates how it went.   Established cast members usually have contracts of 2 or more years.
