I'm a huge fan of Baked in Vermont. She is so bubbly without being sugary and makes everythig seem so simple. I really like that her sheet pans looked used. Does that make sense?

 

Her simple instructions and her enthusiasm that you too can make this hooked me.  I haven't made anything yet but her Apple Pie Slab with the lattice blew me away. It was stunning and  I never seen anything like it. I learned that Gesine was Sandras's after I watched the series. Call me a fan of both these ladies.

 

I also hope they pick up the series and prepare more episodes. She is a breath of fresh air. FRESH VERMONT AIR!
