1. Brady Bunch-grew up watching them.
2. Eight is Enough-loved the Bradford family and all the craziness of a huge family.
3. Father knows Best-a couple years ago I watched the whole series on Antenae T.V.
and loved the Anderson family too. I had never seen it before.

This is very hard, since I have a number of them. But for today, at least, I'm going to say the setting of William Holden and June Allyson's home in "Executive Suite".
The town where they lived seemed to be pretty small, or maybe midsize. But it was appealing. I liked their marriage-- they had differences, but they were totally "for" each other and a devoted family unit. And I loved their very Fifties, midcentury modern house. Comfortable, airy, distinctive. I could move right in...

"Father Brown" or "MIdsomer Murders" - and one of the Agatha Christie movies ... I'd love to live in a small English village.

I loved the house in the movie "Christmas in Connecticut" with Barbara Stanwyck and Dennis Morgan - I'll take that house please, LOL. For the setting, I'd put that house in the beautiful mountains of Vermont from the Disney movie "Those Calloways" with Brian Keith and Vera Miles.

The Anderson Family was wonderful @threecees. Loved to watch the reruns every day after school. I never understood the taking off the jacket and then putting on the sweater ritual. But that was the 50's and I was raised in the 70's. Let me know the next time you have a marathon I will bring the popcorn.

In real life the small and very quaint town of Chautaqua, NY. in the SW area of the state would be a gorgeous place to spend the summers then to Fl for the winter. Chautaqua is as beautiful as any place I've ever seen in a movie. Gorgeous Lake there.

So many FABULOUS ideas. I got chills seeing the Father Tim Mitford reference as that was such a loving community, and so many of you mentioned amazing homes, like the one in It's Complicated and Something's Gotta Give (love the Nancy Meyers decor). And the world of Mrs. Peel. Oh, me too. I made myself a jumpsuit back in those days as well as some of those cute, but simple dresses.
Consider yourselves all tagged for sharing these wonderful ideas. Don't stop!
