If you have Sudden Link Cable...

Could you please tell me if you currently have picture and sound on channel 35, ESPN's coverage of Wimbledon. Thanks so much. I have sound but no picture.

@pupwhipped   I don't have them for my cable service, but did have a similar problem with picture and no volume a few months ago.  I tried resetting the box several times, and after speaking with a technician, he told me to reset the TV, by unplugging the power on the TV, and wait a few seconds, plug back in, let the box re-boot, and it worked.

 

I had never heard of having to reset your TV, but the tech told me that happens sometimes, and it fixed my problem...I was thinking I would have to buy a new TV, but just unplugging and re-plugging it back in worked for me.

@Spacrazy , to be clear, you have Sudden Link and you have a picture and sound on CHANNEL 35. Thanks...hubby on phone with SL now
