I used to wrap my Barbie in material to make her dresses just like this.

When I was a kid I’d take pieces of fabric and wrap them around my Barbie to make dresses that looked exactly like this dress. I’d  also make some kind of belt to accentuate the waistline. This looks like on of my 8-year-old designs.

Never could sew and my Barbie looked better than that.

Even more than I dislike the dress(?)!

are the overly done eyes that end up looking like black holes and harsh unnatural looking eyebrows, both styles that seem very popular now.

I just don't think they make anyone look pretty or beautiful , just fake and harsh.

I noticed even MaryBeth on QVC and Jane and others with the black heavy eyemake up-someone doing the makeup must think it looks good.

Yes there is theatrical, tv, and stage makeup that needs to be more emphasized but this doesn't look good!

@Mindy D.  How about the hem treatment?  Not as well done as the unfinished look on some jeans.  Strickly an amateur ptoduction.  Maybe I just don't like Jenny McCarthy.

Indeed it does look like fabric wrapped round her, and it must have been ripped to make the wrap...surly black belt and black engineer boots?  Looks like Jenny's Halloween costume!

I love this dress. I love the unfinished hem with the boots & the belt.

I think it is a cool "rock n roll" looking style, but she is covered up & not showing all possible cleavages.

I know what they were gong for but it is too early for old school grunge glamour. Wrong venue also. It’s a miss for me.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Moto/edgy goal....so much potential for a great look on JMc.  The designer/stylist missed their mark.

That background is very unflattering. The color especially.

I kinda like it.  I think it's a bit casual though for the event.
