I think I read this was basal cell which is more of an annoyance than anything. I know a couple of people who have this recur a lot.

This is the mildest form of skin cancer - lots of it in my family because we're all pale skinned. These are usually not recurrences, they're new skin cancer each time. You have to get a basal cell skin cancer removed because it will grow and can become disfiguring, not because it's going to spread elsewhere in your body. So there's no need to be concerned about Hugh, he's just doing what he's gotta. I have my yearly skin check at the dermatologist office this week, and I'm hoping that she doesn't see anything she wants to cut on.
