@Lali1A&E was the original producer-3 seasons.  Then they dropped it for whatever reason.

Then Netflix picked it up and produced 3 more seasons but all 6 are on Netflix.

DH and I really liked Longmire and the music was great.

We've watched it twice.

Funny, though, it was filmed in NM and not Wyoming.  Mostly.  lol

The only storyline I didn't care for was the one with Ally Walker.

@Lali1   It's ok.  Did you get to see all 6 seasons on Netflix?

I found the Netflix production a little dragged out but the way it was tied up at the end with all the characters was good, imo.

We finished last episode last night.  DH wondered if we could ever watch it again.  We will definitely be keeping Netflix for the forseeable future.  I'm a plot studier, always wondering how they will work out such and such.  Ten minutes from the end they dispensed with the bad guys like bowling pins. The ending was great IMHO, I would have been distressed if they hadn't ended up together. My issue with the Ally Walker role was she was too flighty to be a psychiatrist.
