Haven't heard of it, but now, something more to look for.

 

I saw the title of your thread and laughed.  Husband's company used to put us up in a hotel of the same name in Redondo Beach---that I hated.  Nothing like being woken up to loud barking sea lions or seal every morning.

I enjoyed  Hotel Portofino.  The scenery was spectacular.  I liked all the characters and story line.  I love period pieces, the settings were perfect and the characters interesting and fitting the time and status.  I look forward to the second season.

I loved it and got so hooked on it and watched all of the episodes.  I hope there is another season. One of my favorites.
