I also believe that Owen's sister was married to the new Dr, and that he blames him for whatever happened to her (or to their marriage).  Derek's sis is a hot mess, as she was in Private Practice!  I wouldn't miss her if she left the show!  I think that April & Jackson might be ok,  I think that's what he might have been trying to tell her when she kept talking!
