Great Canadian Baking Show

Did anyone else see this?  It was very enjoyable.  Just like the British one, only in Canada.  Last night was the first episode.  On Canadian Broadcasting at 8:00 pm est.

Just the other day I read a (new) judge on TGBBS tweeted the winner before the episode aired.  Only Paul is back from the original group of judges and presenters.

I'm glad Paul will be back.  I can understand Mary's leaving.  She is getting up in age and maybe difficult for her.   I didn't really like those other two women.  Not sorry to see them leave.

I think the Brits are far more accomplished bakers, than the Yanks are

 

They bake so many elegant recipes, that are really complicated and need an experienced baker.

 

When I watched the US version ,I thought we came in a very poor second

 

I would be curious to know how the Canadians fare
