I really love this show and hope it is renewed for another season.  I DVR the shows so I can watch a few at a time instead of waiting an entire week.

I realize that coming up with new storyline after several seasons is a challenge, but last week's episode was stolen from Endeavor.

I don't know. Where TV is concerned I'm not exactly a creature of habit and simply because something is on PBS doesn't necessarily make it great. A friend and I were chatting about Grantchester and we both seem to feel the past few season have been weak and this one is hardly off to a rousing start. I'll tune in to see, but not sure I'll stick with this one much longer unless it picks up significantly.

I'm not a prude..... it I don't care for the fact that the writers made Will a "dandy" with women. I mean, geeze, he's a Vicar after all.

I really enjoy many programs on Masterpiece as well as PBS.  Grantchester has been a favorite.  Sydney was a complex character with so many demons.

I didn't care for Geordie having a fling with Margaret.  Happy that Kathy gave him the heave ho.  I do wish they'd stop making Will so easily distracted by women.

Well, there's that and my gripe is that it's almost an instant replay of Sidney... I mean, Geordie and the vicar du jour seem always to be hanging out in jazz bars so the vicar can find a woman... It's redundant... Been down that road and quite honestly, it wore thin with the last vicar...
