Tomorrow night is Girls' Season Finale and I couldn't be less excited. Does anyone else think this season really tanked? I didn't like that Adam moved on in less than a month's time from Hannah. Hannah was dying to get into this special writing program and just quit in about a month's time. Don't get me started on Shosh and Jessa! There really isn't one person that I really like. If this show was cancelled I wouldn't care.

I didn't really think about it, but now that you mention it there wasn't much to it. The characters are pretty nutty, ha, ha, I think it's one of those shows you watch to think what the **** wrong with them! I wouldn't die if i didn't see it again, but I like it at the same time, don't know exactly why, ha, ha.

It definitely has been strange, but then the show IS strange. All the characters are strange and that just seems to be the way it is. I still like it, though, and will continue to watch.

I agree that the characters are very unlikeable. In that way, it reminds me of Shameless. Not a likeable character in the bunch, but it's fun to watch. hehe

I love the series! I kind of liked that this season didn't have such picture perfect scenarios.

eta: Not that previous seasons were "perfect." Just meant that I think it's realistic that people might change their mind about a program of study (I know that happened to me when I thought I wanted to get into a Grad program), changes in relationships with former boyfriends/girlfriends acting in ways you might not expect, etc. JMO

I was hoping that Marnie and Desi would end up together, and now that they are, I don't like it! Hah, go figure. Still like the show, though.

I watched the season finale last night and have to say it was disappointing. I don't want to give anything away but it ended showing Hannah six months later. I would have liked to have seen what everyone was up to in six months, not just Hannah.

I haven't watched the episode yet, but I wonder if they will go on to retrospect it in the next season. Otherwise, kind of weird unless they go on to show that nothing really happened during that time.

I haven't watched it yet either. Did you guys see Lena Dunham on Scandal the other night? She was on Late Night promoting it. She was good on it. She said the wig was her idea and not to blame Shonda Rhymes for the wig.

It was kind of strange to have it end with a brief scene showing Hannah 6 months later. -I'm happy for what the episode showed for Marnie and Shosh (don't want to spoil it for those who haven't watched yet).

I was thinking of how a couple of you mentioned earlier how unlikeable the characters are, but I like all of the actual "girls." They each have their issues, but I think they are solid in their friendship. The only "girl" I would have a little trouble with in "real life" is Jessa because of how abrasive and overbearing she can be, but I do still like her. As for the guys, I used to really dislike Ray, but I've started to like him. The series is beginning to show a different side to him now. I disliked Adam at first, but have grown to mostly like him, and to just accept the parts of him that leave much to be desired. :-/ Elijah is delightful, and I miss Charlie. Don't care for Desi.

annabelle, I saw a preview for Lena being on Scandal, but I don't watch Scandal, so I didn't watch the episode.
