This isn't movies or TV, but music. For any Cream fans out there, Ginger Baker, the best drummer ever, has passed at the age of 80. RIP.

@catter70

Had no idea he was 80!  Sorry to hear another great rocker is gone.  So many now....

I remember hearing a Cream album long ago and falling in love with that sound....quintessentially 60s to me.  A wonderful time in my small-town life.

One of a kind, for sure...and one of the best ever.

A few years back, I saw a documantery about him called "Beware Of Mr. Baker".  A very troubled guy & he seemed to have a lot of anger issues & was quite combative.  I think he even slugged the guy making the film.  Brilliant drummer, though.

Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton, three greats in a band called Cream!  One of my most favorite songs from that era was and still is Sunshine of your Love by Cream.

It's always sad to hear of another musician passing, someone who was part of the musical era I loved.  Rest in peace, Ginger and be with God.
