George Carlin's "American Dream" . this ?(2 part), ...?(2 hrs each)  programs ... to come to HBO starting 5/20/22

... George Carlin has been referenced, esp currently, in the NYT article titled:  "The Strange Afterlife of George Carlin" by Dave Itzkoff 

    ("Nearly 14 years after his death....")

I'm not sure if I was a big fan of George Carlin, way back when, but I was much, much busier then. 

The last I saw George Carlin was in the movie "Prince of Tides"

It seems George Carlin's history of comedy has a "new life" now.. given what's current in the World & USA.

I hope it's enjoyable.

"Relevance" is absolutely the key word. Everything GC said hilariously, is still Uber-TRUE today. Miss him. RIP,

One of my favorite routines he did was the Hippy Dippy Weatherman.  He was one of a kind and I cannot wait to see this on HBO.

I was fortunate enough many many years back to go to a Bonnie Raitt concert in Westbury NY and he was the opening act...he had us in tears from laughing so hard !!  Was a fan ever since..
