Ava is back! I love this woman! Heart

From going down for murder to blackmailing the Chief of Staff. Let's get the Jerome family back in PC! Ava has remembered who she is. Thank you, Jesus! Cyrus, can I get an amen, brother?

I don't really mind this Lucas. I really loved Ryan Carnes in the role, but this guy is not bad. Way to blast Brad. I almost feel sorry for the lab rat. Can we get Felix now and have a love triangle? I'm begging.

And I am going to swallow a hot pepper for saying this, but Gio as an actor has come a long way baby. He was impressive today.

And Violet, here's a hint. Anytime Garth (what a time for that name!) bothers you, start singing. He'll never bother you again.

Should we start placing bets on what day Heather strolls into Bobbie's for her first BLT? I'm going with next Tuesday.

Isaiah:  My oh my we have a bit of "background" intrique today into Dr. Gannon's past....he says to Lucky, "I will never practice surgery again".  OK, who died on his table?  No doubt he was a world renowned transplant surgeon (my guess) and something went wrong.  Guilt, guilt, but on soaps (and sometimes in life) never say never.

Sonny:  Gun rolling down the river, Alexis in Pentonville, and you are maybe, perhaps, possibly thinking about turning yourself in which would implicate Carly as having lied about his alibi AND the murder weapon and shell casings are destroyed.  Therefore, it would seem to the PCPD that he is only doing this to "save'/"protect" his daughter's mother. And on and on and on.............

Ric:  Still cannot fathom that after Ric told Ava about his other client, Heather, he actually called Ava to tell her that all seems to be on track to have Heather released or whatever.  Huh?  Pending a new trial?  And Heather, should she be released, would be living at (let's fill in the blank here). Above Bobbie's?  At Laura's? The Q boathouse?  A minimum security facility?

Was it my imagination or did Lucky bathe and change his clothes?  Hard to tell. During his current tenure on GH, I'm waiting see just how long it takes for him to not look disheveled and clean.  Don't throw tomatoes...glad to see JJ back; just please clean him up (asking as a personal favor, Frank).

New Lucas:  Good possibilities.  But will you really hold to no contact with Brad, blah, blah, except for hospital business.  Felix, where for art thou, Felix?

Portia/Ava...lab results:  What could possibly go wrong?

@mysoutherncomfort , If Lucky bathed and changed his clothes he certainly didn't wash his hair.  And if he did, he needs to step away from the hair wax.

Billy Miller left GH in 2019 and died in 2023. He was in an episode of NCIS in 2022. KM posted a tribute to BM on Instagram just 3 weeks ago.

From a Billy Miller fan

One role in 4 years? Or were there more. According to his family who posted at his death, he was in crisis for quite some time, and his death was at his own hands. Very sad. Help for his issues may have come way too late.

I love the way Chase advised Violet regarding her attack on that sniveling little boy. Kudos to the writers for giving him the correct lines in a situation like this.

He was also right in telling Brook Lyn that confronting the parents might make things worse. I hope she listened. After all, often the parents are the source of the child's bad behavior.

I think it is hilarious that Carly has lied to give Sonny an alibi, making her an accessory to murder. Jason the lapdog sacrificed (willingly I know) years of his life and allowed his family to grieve his ā€œdeathā€ all so Carly wouldnā€™t have to go to prison and leave little Donna without a mother. But in five seconds Scummy and Snarly lie to the police and Snarly again is putting her freedom at stake and risking Donna growing up without a mother. And this time Scummy and Snarly would both end up in the can! Those two are truly sociopaths.

And Jason is such a lapdog that next he will confess to killing Cates to protect his precious Carly from prosecution.  And as foolish as he is, what a total tool she is to repeatedly put her "best friend" in harm's way due to her complete stupidity.   The very definition of a user.

I just have an observation regarding Violet's school. It must be some exclusive private school. As a public school teacher myself, I have never seen a principal's office look like that. In fact public school furniture has quite ordinary and functional items, and the offices were all quite small. The principal's office at Violet's school looked like that of a boarding school for rich kids.

THE LATEST

KELLY MONACO (SAM) ON GENERAL HOSPITAL EXIT: 'DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE'

Kelly Monaco, who shot her final GH episode as Sam McCall on September 27 after being informed in August that the show was writing her out after a nearly 21-year run, shared a behind-the-scenes photo of her final scenes with her on-screen family, known to fans as ā€œthe Davis girlsā€: on-screen sister Kate Mansi (Kristina), on-screen mother Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) and on-screen sister Kristen Vaganos (Molly). Her poignant caption read: ā€œLast scene with the Davis girls. šŸ˜˜šŸ„²šŸ™šŸ» still doesnā€™t make any sense to me.ā€

News of Monacoā€™s departure from the show ā€” which, thus far, General Hospital has not offered official comment on ā€” triggered a massive response from fans, many of whom who rallied around Monaco and fought for the show to reverse its decision. The fan-led campaign included a petition that declared, ā€œWe are making a plea to the producers and the network: keep Kelly Monaco on General Hospital. By signing this petition, you are standing with thousands of General Hospital fans in preserving a valuable part of the showā€™s history. Itā€™s time to respect the dedication and emotional investment of the viewers and, especially Kelly, who have dedicated their time and heart into the character. Join us in this critical rallying cry ā€“ Letā€™s keep Kelly Monaco on General Hospital!ā€ As of October 6, it had well over 16,000 signatures. Fans are also continuing to flood social media with hashtags in support of Monaco and her Port Charles alter ego, such as #IStandWithKelly, #SaveKelly and #SaveSamMcall.

The actressā€™s mother, Carmina Monaco, addressed the outcry as well as the grassroots efforts undertaken by fans in a post on X on her daughterā€™s last day on the job. ā€œI want to take this moment to reach out to Kellyā€™s incredible fans and express my deepest gratitude for the unwavering love, loyalty, and support youā€™ve shown her throughout her time on General Hospital,ā€ she wrote, adding, ā€œOn this final day, just four days shy of the anniversary of her first episode on October 1, 2003, Kelly will close the door of her dressing room for the last time. This moment is a difficult one, but knowing that she has had such an incredible, devoted fan base has given her strength. Youā€™ve stood by her through every twist and turn, celebrating her achievements and providing comfort in the hard times. Your love and dedication have meant more than words can express, not only to Kelly but to all of us who care so deeply for her. Thank you for being there, for believing in her, and for reminding her of the impact sheā€™s made. We will always be grateful for you standing with her through it all.ā€

Monacoā€™s last episode will air later this fall, and she indicated that she plans to give ā€œa proper statementā€ regarding her exit.
