@Tique Your points are well argued.  If not Phyllis, then Felix might be a possibility.  He hasn't been around much in the past two years, however.  Or, they can introduce a new nurse manager who will serve as primary source of authority. Terry could bring her in for interviews, inform the staff that her duties are too maintain structure and the welfare of patients in the manner of Jessie and Epiiphany.

Too bad Robin and Noah aren't brought back.  They have the gravitas to whip the hospital in shape.

@Zernia Rose  thank you. Felix would be an excellent choice. IMNSHO a much better one than Phyllis since he knows the hospital as well as the personnel. Also with the recent death of Terry's co-CEO she is going to need someone who she knows and trusts.

You meant Robin and Patrick.

Wow! Nikolas and Elizabeth went through great lengths to keep the secret of Esme's pregnancy and Nikolas' paternity...for what?  That cheap slap Ava gave him??

Shame on Biz for going along with Nik.  Now,  her job and rep, are on the line; as she may end up doing a stint to boot. Boo Hoo about her poor boys!  She always seems to forget about them, especially when she gets involved in scheming. They soon may be without their Mutter!

Maybe they can send those 2 off the show together. I wouldn't miss Dear Sweet one bit.

I'm still not sure Nik is the father.  I'm hoping it is Uncle Victor. He did take an interest in Esme that time Scummy kidnapped her. Who knows what happens off camera!

Eyes are closing...gotta go to sleep. Good Night.

@Tique thank you so much for the new year preview and GH 60 year links. I really enjoyed them. I have been watching GH almost since it began back in the 60's, nestled on my grandmother's lap. It was one of her beloved "stories".

I'm not about to quit watching now, even though some of the current storylines are not the best they've ever had, lol. I still love it and it's still my afternoon refuge and escape from the world (except when babysitting, thank goodness for TiVo, lol).

I hope it has 60 more years. ❤️

how did Heather get the poisoned hook if she isn't the hook killer???

Nik, needs to have someone get to that room in the tower   and get it cleaned out pronto so know One will know Esme was there!

@cowboy sam Rory was killed at the home of the poison supplier.  Heather was probably there to obtain the poison.

Re: General Hospital ~ January 2023 ~ Spoilers Included

I have read various comments here and elsewhere about the parts of yesterday's show that were sad. No one has mentioned my thought.

For me this was the saddest moment: Britt having to tell Liesl to hold her because Liesl didn't have the instinct that almost anyone would have: To automatically reach out to hold her dying daughter.

“Hold me like you wanted to hold Nathan,”

That statement makes me think even then Britt knew she was not her mother's first choice. Heartbreaking!

Watching the news and seeing what's going on in California. Thinking of our California ladies, @SleeplessinSD  and  @Wsmom .

@BeckiWV I have some of the same memories with my mom. She would always watch GH and One Life To Live. During the summer I would always watch with her. She worked the evening shift at the on base cafe. This was our special time before she left for work.

I kept watching, along with All My Children, into adulthood. I even got mom hooked on that one. Smiley Happy Lost track of it for awhile and picked it up when Luke was back for the last time. I said I would watch til he left but it didn't happen.Smiley Very Happy

Re: General Hospital ~ January 2023 ~ Spoilers Included

The last two shows have been worth watching!  Typically I am doing something else like working or surfing the net and I am only half paying attention to GH when it is on.  But yesterday and today the show had my full attention.

So Heather admitted that she did not carry out all the attacks.  Both Ryan and her think it was Esme and Heather is trying to throw off the police but escaping and carrying out more attacks.  I still think Esme carried out the first four attacks.

And Esme is either a really good actress or she really has amnesia

I know some of you don't care for Cody but i really felt sorry for him today especially after Felica asked him for a hug, then she left  and his face started to crumble in grief over Brett.

Martin..what can i say?..but i feel sorry for you being Esme 's lawyer.!

Liesel...give something strong to Esme to help to sleep  but someone like Nina will stop herSmiley Frustrated

When will someone do a paternity test on Esme and Nik??  Ava..how about you?
