GH Spoilers: Nelle Rocks Brad’s Fragile World

GH spoilers for Friday, January 17, 2020, reveal a day of revelations and shockers.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Brad gets a rude awakening when Willow bursts into his apartment. But things go from bad to worse when Willow gets the surprise of her life as Nelle exits from a bedroom. It causes both women to ask Brad why the other is there.

Nelle never likes competition and she certainly already has zero use for Willow. And it’s not like Willow understands why Brad continues to be friends with this woman she’s only heard horrible things about. Her presence makes Willow concerned for Wiley’s safety. Will she cause problems for Brad (and make Nelle even more bitter)?

Someone else who can’t stand the fact that Nelle is back is Michael. He kicks things up a notch in his relationship with Sasha when he asks her to move in with him. Is this a reaction to seeing Nelle again… or is he really ready and wanting to move their relationship forward?

Nelle, Nelle, It’s All About Nelle

Chase tries to update Jordan on the Corinthos case but she has one thing on her mind. She tells him to stay away from Nelle Benson. After all, she knows her detective has been way too involved with the case in the past and has crossed lines he shouldn’t have. Will Chase listen?

Sonny is on edge when he sees a blast from the past in the form of his former nemesis, Detective Marcus Taggert. Sonny asks him why he’s back. Does this have anything to do with the recent attack on his shipment?

Teen Love

Trinaplays along when Cameron tries to say he doesn’t have feelings for Joss, but she knows better. Of course, she thought Dev had feelings for Joss too and after Joss made a play for him and he rejected her, it sort of threw Trina’s intuition to the curb.

Joss confides that mess up to her mother, making Carly shocked that she would hit on Dev. Her reaction makes Joss cringe, already mortified at the fool she made of herself — she doesn’t need her mother to rub it in.

Just got to watch the full episode on hulu.  Best scene of the week was Brook Lynn sizing up the witch!!!!  

Hmmmm, could witchy wind up in Julian's crosshairs?????  If he can get rid of her and the weasel, I'd offer to have him join us at our next gathering.  Just a thought.

hmm..i think that would very interesting to have Julian and Nelle having a unpleasant convastion but make sure the weasle is there also  to see what Julian says to her,etc...i don't think she can handle it and move out.

Now another thought...Nelle could go to Carly and threaten her by telling the truth about Michael being the daddy...and demand that Carly let her stay in her house  and etc.

@cowboy sam   that would be great news for Carly. Once Nelle "gave it up", she would no longer have anything to bargain with and she might end up back at Pentonville. I only say "might" because Nelle seems to manage to evade being appropriately punished for her crimes.

She would have a better chance with Julian because he doesn't want it to get out that Wiley/Jonah is Michael's son.

The Shocking Return of Real Andrews And Marcus Taggert To General Hospital

The General Hospital ‘next-on’ had fans talking on Thursday when suddenly Sonny Corinthos was seen talking to his old arch-enemy, former police detective Marcus Taggert, once again played by Real Andrews.

Welcome Back, Real Andrews

Where did this come from and how did it happen? It was a shock to the system and a blast from the past that we can’t wait to see play out in Port Charles on Friday and in the coming days and weeks.

It feels like just yesterday Taggert was hauling Jason down to the PCPD as many times as he could just to call him Anger Boy and we need to see that happen again, although Jason is not quite a boy anymore.

Meanwhile, actor Real Andrews has made sure to keep up and remain friends with Maurice Benard who plays Sonny. Both Benard and Andrews couldn’t wait to take to Twitter last night to express their joy with Taggert being back on the scene.

It’s clear Andrews couldn’t be happier and neither could his fans, as he spent Thursday evening responding to excited, longtime GH aficionados welcoming him back.

Benard posted a photo of his friend, along with this tweet. “ He’s Back!!! Bigger and better than ever. On General Hospital. You don’t want to miss it.”

...During his time away from soaps, Andrews revealed his struggle with bipolar disorder, something he shares with Benard. And, in December, he underwent surgery for prostate cancer and kept an amazingly positive attitude on the big day.

Many fans hope Taggert’s younger sister, Gia, follows. As many recall, she had an affair with Nikolas back in the early 2000s, so wouldn’t it be amazing if she turns out to be Trina’s mother and Nikolas her father. That could be a very good reason for the writers deciding to put the teen in Ava’s orbit.
