I like to give credit to wherever I got the info.  In this case it's from this week's People Magazine under the same heading:

MADAM SECRETARY - Oct 6 - After six seasons, the Tea Leoni-led series has 10 episodes to wrap up and, with any luck, put Elisabeth McCord and her family in the White House.

MR ROBOT - October (no date) - The final episodes of this critical darling, starring newly minted Oscar winner Rami Malek as a hacker, are set around Christmastime.  What could be merrier?

SUPERNATURAL - October 10 - Could it be the end of the world for brothers and demon hunters Sam and Dean?  It's certainly the end of the road after an impressive 15 seasons!

POWER - August 25 - Conflicted criminals Ghost and Tommy are about to face their fate, but the hit series executive-produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has spinoffs in the works.

HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER - September 26 - The Keating Five Four are ready to graduate, and showrunner Pee Norwalk promises "a clear ending" for Annalise.

MODERN FAMILY - September 25 - Ten years ago we fell in love with the Dunphy and Pritchett families.  Now 22 Emmys and several new members later (showing the twins they had), the last hurrah promises to be filled with moving moments and milestones.
