I agree with @Jordan2 - she showed remorse. Lori has yet to do that.

Is not a second chance the whole premise of the justice system?  If everyone who committed a crime was written off for life, why have prisions.

Someday, when scientists discover the center of the Universe....some people will be disappointed it is not them.

I'm ok with it.  Unlike Mclaughlin, she owned it.  Aplogized and did her time.  Of cours, it was really a matter of a few weeks.  It should have been longer.  But it's over now.  Everyone should move on.
