LOVED "The Godfather." GREAT cast and GREAT actors - Brando, Pacino, and Duvall.

I like Ben Gazarra a lot; I'd watch a movie just because he's in it.
But to pick a favorite I'd have to say Peter Strauss.

That's an interesting pick (Peter Strauss).
I can't recall seeing him in much, but I saw him for a few minutes just this afternoon in an old tv show called "Streets of San Francisco" that my mother was watching.
I will look him up to see if I recognize something he starred in. Mom says he was good in a tv series with Nick Nolte. I am going to see if I can get a dvd of that for her; sounded like something we would enjoy watching together.

Thanks. Just looked up dvd at Amazon.
Whoa! DVD price $230. Won't be buying any time soon. Wonder if any of the retro stations will ever re-play it.

Agree with so many actors mentioned; however I have to narrow it down to those who can do comedy AND drama with extra points as portraying great villains:
Robert De Niro
Jack Nicholson

Gene Hackman

Joseph Cotten & Jennifer Jones ❤

@Highlands72 I just watched The Secret Garden the other day. I have always thought Dean Stockwell (as a kid) was a terrific actor. Seems like it came naturally to him.
