I LOVE her and scanning the TCM schedule I find ** 3 ** of her movies will be on August 20th!! I adore the movie "Margie" and it's been YEARS since it's been on TV. I plan to record this and saved it on my extended hard drive!
There are 2 others, all 3 one right after the other. First is "Pinky" another one I love. Then is "Margie". Third is one I've never seen "The Model and the Marriage Broker" with Thelma Ritter which looks like a fun movie.
My DVR will be busy. The times may vary by your time zone. I'm so happy to find Jeanne Crain movies!

@Love my grandkids, you have good taste. I always liked her. Her movies often come up on the Movies! channel. Two of my noir favorites, Vicki and especially Dangerous Crossing. They also show Apartment for Peggy periodically.

My favorite is "A Letter to Three Wives", also being shown that day.
The story of Deborah (Jeanne) is very touching and relatable. Fearful and apprehensive about attending a country club function, wearing her only good dress, a "fashion catastrophe!"
Smartly attired Ann Southern offers much needed assistance.

Thank you for posting!
Cannot wait to watch this actress, who is unknown to me!
Lately (don't know why) I have become engrossed in playing "catch-up" to find out ball about movies and actors/actresses from my mother's generation.
Names that were well-known, "household" stars (such as Lucille Ball, etc) are mostly unknown to me.
I'm really liking the themes of these movies that have been suggested on the Q forum here!

What? No State Fair? My fave. Wait. It's OK. I have it on tape!
If you see her in a newer movie, forgot the name on purpose, and it's a western and she's the owner of a big ranch, don't watch. It's terrible.
