I can't even watch the commercials (and there are a LOT of them)!

I watch the show from time to time.  The question I have is she the only dermatologists in the country who can do these things?  People come from all over just to see her.  Can't other derms do the same thing?

I've seen a number of Dr. Lee's videos prior to the tv show.  I watch the show, but my husband has no interest in it.  I find myself guessing cyst or lypoma when the patients come into the exam room.  LOL  I can't imagine the new lease on life that these desperate patients receive after being treated by Dr. Lee.  That must be very rewarding for her.

I’ve followed Dr. Lee on her YouTube channel for a couple yrs now.

YouTube cases are less surgical than her TV show

(in fact, I’ve never watched her TV show).

When she began YouTube, many of her cases were pro-bono...

generally older folks (anonymous) in exchange for filming.

The way she softly talks to everyone is sweet.

She had one patient, “The Fireman” who started off very sharp

but as time progressed, you could tell he wasn’t doing well.

She later found out from his daughter he passed away.

Dr. Lee talks about this on the video below.

So sad...but sweet 💛

I have watched on YouTube for a long time as well.  I am obsessed.  I remember the Fireman well.  Then there was the Gold's, an adorable couple, and so many more.  She helps so many people.  I have nothing but admiration for her.

When I think of all the people thinking it is gross, I wonder if they are the people that let these things grow for years and get out of hand?  I don't look at this as entertainment, but education.  If we can educate ourselves and desensitize ourselves to the "gross factor", we are more likely to take care of a problem early on.

I think it's a really good show.  I've seen it about 3 times.

Can't watch that autopsy ones anymore, don't find Dr. G.

Now and then I caught Botched.

I love the show.  I don't think it is entertainment.  It is educational.

I, as well as other members of my family are prone to lumps and bumps that grow under our skin.

I have had many things removed over the years under local as well as general anesthesia.  I like how she explains what things are are why they occur.

It helps to know that I am not the only one with problems and I think she gives hope to those who have skin problems.

I love her bedside manner and the fact that she helps people for no cost if they appear on TV.  Some of these poor people are so desperate and need care so badly.

No, saw the show once and felt like I was intruding on something I had no business watching. To be fair, I'm a wimp and cringe when they show someone giving birth on TV.
