I saw this 3 part story and decided to see if i could find out what happened to Wade and Melanie..... much to my surprise I found his obituary and a surprise.... it turns out that he was a lone shooter in a church shootout in Haywood County NC.... he was killed.... Aug 19. 2015.  I googled Wade Allen Baker obituary. 

There is no telling what will happen to guests on the Dr. Phil show.... i knew he had so much anger inside and was so unhappy.... but i am not sure i would have predicted this.... how about you?

I happened to watch this show today. I also was curious about what happened to him. I hadn't gotten around to check. What a sad & strange situation that was. I could feel that he was very off mentally & she was way off,too. Sad ending.
