It’s not illegal in my state to yell an insult to someone, so taking someone to court over this would not even be possible.  I do know that a verbal insult is not in any way even close to sexual harassment.  

You make it seem like women who are victims are guilty of something. Either before or after the assault took place.

I hope you or never finds yourself a victim of sexual assault.  I am sure you would not be laughing about what measures you took afterward because you are empowered.

None.

He wouldn't have been placed on leave, and he certainly wouldn't have lost his job.

At most, his commander would've told him to knock it off.

Plus, they most likely would've laughed at the suit for something so "trivial".

No, they would not have taken it seriously.

Ive lost all respect for Dustin Hoffman as a result of the accusations. I wont watch any more of his films. The only way to "get back" at these abusers is to hit them in the wallet. Don't pay to see them on TV or the movies. Hoffman always struck me as a sleazy man. Now this confirms it.
