We did The Munsters, not the other one. My son use to crack me up, by grabbing my arm and saying "Tish!!" and kissing it.  He's always cracked me up, he's funny.

"Tish" WAS from the Addams Family....are you sure you didn't mean the other way around?

I watched "Addam's Family"....The dialog ( to me) was more clever and was really above kid level ( if you watch today you will see what I mean)...

"Munsters was too dopey for my taste....And every time I saw the actor who played Herman Munster ( like in "My Cousin Vinny" where he was the judge) all I could see was dopey Herman!!!!!

My Kuerig coffee maker sounds like the Addam's Family doorbell-that two-tone sound....I always expect Lurch to say "You rang?" when the coffee maker pump is filling up after I make a cup!!!

I watched both, I liked the Addams Family better. Some of my best memories were watching these shows(The Flintstones and The Jetsons too) with my dad sitting up in my parent's bed with my shoes off!

I probably saw one or two shows because I know who they are, but I never watched them on any regular basis.

@Othereeeen, my SON did watch the Addams family even though I didn't.

I may have as a young teen in the mid 60's, but certainly have no patience for them now.
