She was GMA yesterday, she looks wonderful.  She is 64 wow.  Still as perky as ever.  I use to watch her work out show.  I love her work outs because you don't need a gym or equipment.  I went to youtube and I am starting her work outs again

Her daughter does exercise videos too. I believe her name is Katie. I've always liked Denise. I can't stand some of the other fitness pros out there.

I've always enjoyed Denise's videos.  I mix them in on my days off of my HasFit programs.  I really like her Pilates tapes........which I still own.

Wow - her daughters certainly favor her. Austin & I are same age and I watched her often when I stayed home a few years after the birth of last child. So pleasant and encouraging. Wishin her well.

I always liked her and enjoyed watching her workout shows. I remember watching them when they aired on Lifetime in the early morning. They filmed the shows in the Caribbean and it was so nice to see the beautiful scenery. It gave me ideas where to go on vacation!
