DWTS judging of Kim wan't fair!

Keo is the Pro. Did Kim do the dance well that Keo gave to her? Score her on that! Don't score her low because her Pro didn't give her a dance that you thought was proper. That is not her fault. Sorry. I'm just getting to Monday night's show.

Yes, that was ridiculous.  I also thought they were rude to Keo.  They went on and on about it.  We discussed that right after the dance in the DWTS thread on Monday night.

I totally agree with you both.  Kim did very well...better than Flutie, the ball player.

I also think Maks was very disrespectful of Keo(?) as a fellow professional dancer.  As NickNack said, he went on and on about it.  I didn't realize how mean Maks could be.

Yes, Maks was completely disrespectful of Keo.  I can't imagine how Keo felt.  Len was pretty bad, too.  I think their behavior was inexcusable.  I thought their criticism was never going to stop.  I hope Kim doesn't go home this week.  I think it will be Doug.

Re: DWTS judging of Kim wan't fair!

It's a DANCE competition so it is important for the pro to choreograph a proper dance and a pro can cause scores to be lower.  It's all part of the competition.  It has happened to others including Mark, Derek and Maks at times.  If just scoring the star on how well they do the dance, even if it is not a proper dance for the one they were assigned, then why not just make every dance a free style?!  Several others were scored lower for the same reason last week also so it wasn't just Kim.  Antonio's dance was one of them.  Flutie was scored higher because he had the proper steps choreograhed even though simple.

I did notice that as I watched the rest of the show. I guess it's because they did really go on about it, but never acknowledged that Kim did a great dance, but kept hammering at Keo about the lack of proper steps. I really like Keo, but he isn't great for showcasing his partner. Doug Flutie still isn't good, but he has to be the most improved dancer of the group.

Not a faithful watcher of the show.... so I haven't seen it, but Len really gets on my nerves sometimes. I like Kim. Good luck to her.

As a fan of this show, just wanted to add here that I felt that Maxs was almost getting even for the times he was criticized as a pro on the show.

I agree the criticism was overdone.
