I loved Downton Abbey, even saw the exhibition in NYC last year. I will definitely be going to the movies for this film. I can’t even remember the last time I went to the movies. My guess is that I was taking a grandchild to see a kiddie film years ago.

I am so excited for this movie to come.  I have not been to a movie theater in years because of vertigo issues.  Keep thinking I should give it a try to see since I am more comfortable right now.  Have lots of other issues now also; but for this movie I definitely have to make an effort.

I still watch whenever Downton Abbey is re-run on PBS, which was actually done recently.  Always in tears during the ending scene when cast is singing Auld Lang Syne.

Thank you so much for posting this - I cannot wait until this comes out!  I forgot how much I missed this show.  The actors, the clothes, the dialogue, the time period, everything is so spectacular.  And the music! I love the theme.  I am going to watch the entire series from the beginning.  What an incredible show and I am sure the movie will be incredible.
