EDIT:  There are 3 blonds on this show.  Which one are you referring to?  2 long haired blonds work for the PD & the one I like has a somewhat blond bob, works for the AUSA.

I think she's referring to Kate Littlejohn played by Susannah Flood. She's the one it seems everyone goes to for advice or to blow off steam .

Yes, she's the one. Kate is perfect, the sort of person I like. She's unique, not a people pleaser, not needy, self confident and direct.
