I caught up with some cross examination of witnesses in the Kellen Winslow case over the weekend.

Kellen Winslow is not testifying on his own behalf.

Tomorrow is closing arguments.

FIOS does not carry it.  Though when I was with Comcast, it was on and I rarely looked at it.  But now I'm interested in some of the cass, and would have like to look at.

I listen to the audio in my car using my phone with the Court TV website.

Today they are reading the testimony of Jane Doe #4.  So no need for video.

If the jury is deliberating in order, they are up to Jane Doe #4 and may have a verdict tomorrow.
