Hooray!  We're getting it here (suburban Chicago area) starting November 1st on Comcast.  I hope it's as good as I remember it!

I have one of those flat antennas that plug into my TV.

Maybe go to the Court TV site and find out which channel it's available via Antenna. ( If it is available via antenna in your area. )

Then, if it's available via antenna in your area, You might want to buy an antenna, plug it in, see if it works.

If not, you can return it if the box is in excellent condition.

I watched snippets of it today and it seemed to have more commentary than courtroom time. It seemed like they kept repeating one of the defendant's police interrogation. He is one scary looking dude with the face tattoos. How could they let that helpless premature infant go home with those self-confessed meth users. 

I hope it picks up the pace soon.
