Couple of different guys camping all alone on You Tube

I'm just drawn to these type of shows.  Don't know why.  One man takes his dog, he is as comfortable doing this as being at home, I'd say.  The second man, checks out equipment for camping (both tents) all alone.  Somehow just the thought of that, doesn't appeal to me.  He loves it. You'd have to!!

In my own home alone, ok.  Just not out nature.  We use to camp, even in a tent.  That's when our bodies still moved right.  Second man is now under tornado warning.  He doesn't even have a whole tent.  Just a tarp sort of thing.  No thanks. LOL.

Have you got a type of show you're just drawn to?  I really like the people who get out and make their own log cabins, or live off the grid.  Don't know WHY!!!  LOL

What's yours?

I have a weird variety of things I watch on YouTube. I like the heavy equipment operators (LetsDig18, Diesel Creek, and Dirt Perfect), lots of aquarium channels, Rachel Cooper's channels (her cooking channel Rachhloveslife in particular, and yes, there are two h's there.) Bealy Good where he's built a five-acre pond and is now starting to build his dream house adjacent to it. Videogame players. The Soyaholic vods and Zack Scott's are always good. Quinbobin is always good for a laugh in his game playthroughs. Cleetus McFarland is typically good for a laugh or two as he tries to squeeze more speed and power from his cars. Emilia Hartford and her car builds. Captain Kleeman and his do-it-yourself with whatever-you-have projects. (Currently building a stone bridge over a creek.) Baumgartner restoration where he takes damaged artwork and restores it. Jazzybum, though she's not posting as much these days. And lots of football stuff.

@gardenman  @qualitygal  Check out Erik Grankvist on YT, he built his own log cabin in the woods in Sweden and has multiple videos of the process.

He used old-time tools, like a handsaw instead of a chainsaw, etc. Pretty interesting. I think you'd enjoy it.

Oh and I also follow Jetting Julia- Philadelphia based flight attendant. I love her videos.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

The only weird thing I watch is on the Weather Channel, Highway Through Hell, but it has a new name.  It shows giant wreckers digging out tractor-trailer rigs that have lost control on 401, a notorious hjighway in Ontario, Canada.

Wilderness Cooking.
A man in Azerbaijan with an out door kitchen cooking with some interesting techniques. He makes cooking pits and huge rotisseries for whole cows and such for his village kids. Some really beautiful scenery. He also has a menagerie of animals.

That's one of my husband's favorite shows.  He's always calling me into the room to watch them trying to get a rig out of some dangerous situation.  It makes me nervous to watch but it is very interesting.

Monkey KaKa and Baby Diem are my latest YouTube viewing. The family's home, customs, food and city surroundings are also interesting.

I like those types of videos too.  Kent Survival is a good channel.  Sometimes I feel anxious when I wake up, so I'll have some tea and watch one of his (Andy's) videos.  It helps my mind feel more still and calm.

I also like to watch beauty content to some degree (though I've really slowed down my consumption of that), political content, people building tiny homes or van dwellings, psychology-related content, comedy, and people exploring abandoned buildings or forgotten areas of the country.
