Re: Concert You Would Like To Go To

@Mombo1 They are performing at Allegiant Stadium. Sold out 4 nights. 200,000 seats.

My daughter & I are going 2 nights & I can not believe it.

We don't have great seats, but it will be an experience.

Seigfried & Roy must have been amazing. Those tigers are so beautiful.

Andre Botchelli, El Divo.  Both will be in Northern,  CA this year during summer, I think.  I'm old and love that type of music.

I will have to be satisfied listening to the disc of have of them, or my iphone.  Can't drive there, too far, but I did when I was younger.  My daughter loved Tony Orlando and Dawn and I took her when she was 13.  He even gave her a kiss on the hand and this girl was over the moon.

Ah, the good old days.

We got to see Il Divo a number of years ago and it was AWESOME!   I hope you get to see them.    I figured it would be good but it was so beyond that.  @qvcaddition

Re: Concert You Would Like To Go To

I'm trying to think of who is still alive that I'd like to see.  I've been fortunate to see so many of the greats I love, like Cher (and Sonny & Cher once), Elton John, Tina Turner, The Eagles, Rod Stewart, Cat Stevens... I can't even remember the rest.

I think most I wish I could see are dead now.

Re: Concert You Would Like To Go To

Although I don't think I am claustrophobic, I can't even begin to consider going into a massive crowd to see anybody.   I just don't want to be around that many people again.  Maybe it will change, but I feel like it isn't the right time to do so.

Having said that, I have been to many concerts over the years, and must say that my three top concerts of all time were Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra and Neil Diamond.

Re: Concert You Would Like To Go To

Honestly I don't think I could be enticed to go to ANY concert, anywhere, even if the ticket and all expenses there and back were free!

I never listen to music in my house and haven't had the radio on in my car for months.   I did watch Garth and Trisha perform at home during the shutdown, but usually don't watch concerts shown on tv.

I hope you get to see Idol. It is Vital that you see Idol! 😆  He gives a fantastic performance. I've seen him numerous times. I've loved him since he was in Generation X; when I was in High School. I actually met him once in a bar he frequented in the village.  What's your favorite song? I love "It's So Cruel" He mentions my neighborhood in that song and that he ends up in someone else's sheets! I also love  Catch My Fall as well...And that crazy video!  I'm sure it will be rescheduled. Enjoy the concert.

Paul McCartney's new "Got Back" tour. The 3 previous MACCA concerts I've been to were by far the best concerts I've ever seen.

Long live Sir Paul! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

She loves him Yeah, Yeah, Yeah Yeeeeaaaaaah!

@Pearlee I'm basically heartbroken I'm not going to get to see him this year.  Smiley Sad

A poster on here said That the dark hair singer died of covid. She answered me and said they might cancel the concert.

Yet it was advertised on TV a couple of nights ago.   So Sad.
