Cinderella movie

[ Edited ]

I saw this on DVD last night.

What a charmer.  Lovely settings and costumes.

I did like the greater emphasis on the animals in the cartoon version, but they did reasonably well with real animals and CG creations in this one.

I couldn't help thinking of the statement necklaces available here and elsewhere when I saw how the stepmother and her daughters were dressed.

And that coach was outstanding.

I watched it just last week...

I thought  they did an outstading job.  Everything about the movie was so beautifully done.  I very much enjoyed watching it.  I think all little girls (and boys) would love this movie.

I just finished watching it.  It is really beautifully done.  I think I need to be in a better mood to watch it again.

Sadly, I guess I am the only person who didn't like this movie.  I thought some parts were overlong and other parts of the story were missing.  While the costumes were lovely, the acting seemed flat to me.  My favorite Cinderella film is The Slipper and the Rose.

I saw it 4 times in the theater. I loved this movie.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
