I've really enjoyed many of the Chrismas specials on TV this month.

  Last night was Barry Manilow, and last week was Christmas at the Opry with Wynonna Judd, Kelly Clarkson, Brenda Lee and many others.  The Christmas at Graceland special was great too.  This Thursday is CMA Country Christmas.

Have you been enjoying these specials too!  I've recorded most of them and plan to re-watch them again.

The one from the Opry was pretty good. Forgot about Barry Manilow, hope they repeat it. Other than a few performances, I thought the Graceland special was pretty unexceptional. It was like a cross between an ode to Elvis and a Christmas special. but not really either.

We just finished watching the Barry Manilow special; I thought it was very good, so much so that I didn't delete it from the DVR. 

It's hard to believe he's 80, but IMO, he still has a great voice and is a great entertainer.

I can watch the Manilow special free from my cable provider, and it appears the network will show it again on the 20th, for those interested.

The Barry Manilow special was wonderful,  and like one of the other poster's, I didn't delete it from my recordings either! Love me some Barry!!
