I was (and still am) a major fan of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", 1968.

One of its stars, the lovely Sally Ann Howes, has passed away at 91.

How sad.  That movie was and is still wonderful to watch, a movie that can Truly (pun intended) stand the test of time. Sally Ann Howes was such a beautiful actress.

I remember the tiny dolls that were made for the four main characters.  A friend had them, and they were adorable.

My cousin bought this car years ago. and had it in his shop in Blacksville, WV. I remember my husband and I stopped to see it.Was a beautiful vehicle. I think he's passed on now. I don't remember too much about the movie or the people in it, but may she RIP.

Enchanting movie. I remember seeing it in the drive-in as a little kid-  Loved it, but the kid-catching scenes and dungeon scenes did scare me. Such a wuss...
