Re: Chicago Shows Return Tonite

@Shelbelle Thanks for the Noah info. The blonde and Dr. Halstead, in the season I'm watching, has just moved in with her (Nina?).

Yes, she is married in real life to Dr Rhodes, he gets replaced by Dr Marcel after a few seasons. He and Dr Halstead have lots of on air romances.

Re: Chicago Shows Return Tonite

PD is my favorite but I was a little disappointed.

I've never like Hailey, not her history, not her backstory, nothing.

She walked around with a deer in the headlights look

Now she wants to get married!

The plot seemed predictable

The characters are not being used to their best advantage.

This was a wrap up of the shooting, hope the future episodes are better.

How many more times can Kim be shot or beat up?

@software

PD is not my favorite, but other than that, I agree with everything else you said.

I've never liked Haley, nor have I ever thought she was a good fit with Halstead.  But that marriage thing was ludicrous!  Definitely a silly development.

The show is getting away from its original appeal for me.  And I don't think they've ever used Atwater to his full potential.

I am glad they got rid of that last gal, though.  Can't remember her character's name.

Re: Chicago Shows Return Tonite

I have to say that I stopped watching PD when they killed off Al's character. For some reason that just annoyed me enough that I wasn't interested in the show any longer.

Plus I agree with you that they seem to be "stuck" in their stories at the moment. I honestly thought Hailey was tougher than that. Certainly there was a storyline earlier that indicated she was, now she suddenly has a conscience?

I had DVRd it but I think I will stop recording the series.
